Can I get a refund?

Yes, if your purchase was in the last 7 days we offer a 100% refund no questions asked. For other inquires involving refunds please email support (jack) directly: support@post-bridge.com

How to request a refund

  • Log in to your dashboard.

  • Navigate to https://www.post-bridge.com/dashboard/refund

  • If eligible, submit your refund request through the page by clicking on the Refund button.

  • Your currently active plans and add ons will be cancelled immediately and your refund will be initiated

  • You should receive the funds back in your account within 5-12 business days but sometimes it can take longer.
