Sometimes magic links may redirect you to the sign-in page but fail to log you in automatically. This can happen due to browser settings, email client restrictions, or link expiration.

Request a temporary password

If your magic link isn't working, contact our support team to request a temporary password. Support agents can quickly set up a temporary password for your account.

Log in with temporary password

Once you receive your temporary password, follow these steps:

  1. Go to https://www.post-bridge.com/signin
  2. Click "use password"
  3. Enter your email address and the temporary password provided by support
  4. Click sign in

Change your password

After successfully logging in with the temporary password:

  1. Navigate to https://www.post-bridge.com/dashboard/account
  2. Update your password to something secure and memorable
  3. Save your changes

Keep your new password secure and consider using a password manager to store it safely.
